Covering an area of 525 m2 on 4 FLOORs, it includes:
9 bedrooms / suites
1 bedroom with accessibility for persons with reduced mobility, double private bathroom and toilet.
4 double or twin bedrooms with en-suite showers and toilet, overlooking Mont-Blanc.
2 junior suites with a living area and a double or twin sleeping area, en-suite shower, toilet, double sink, and a private terrace.
2 dormitories on the top floor, one with 4 beds and the other with 6 beds, sharing a toilet and a double sink bathroom.
Possibility of adding 2 additional bedrooms/suites.

The ground floor features an entrance with a ski room equipped with boot warmers, a double bar and fireplace lounge, a kitchen open to a vast dining room for 34 people, and a suite with accessibility for all guests including PRMs.
It opens onto a terrace renowned for its southern exposure and breath taking views of the entire Massif du Mont-Blanc . From here, you can admire the majestic and legendary peaks, such as the Aiguille du Midi, the Dôme du Goûter, the Mont-Blanc, the Aiguille de Bionnassay, and the Dômes de Miage.
Living space – 1st floor
On the upper FLOOR, there is a library that opens onto a sheltered terrace.
For those who need to stay connected, there is a spacious glass-walled office for working in peace and serenity.

On the first FLOOR, on the night-time side:
Four suites with views of Mont-Blanc, private shower, and toilet.
On the forest side, two junior suites with en-suite shower, toilet, and private terrace.
